    Gajwel Urban, July 4: The ambitious project Mission Bhagiratha, which was implemented by the Provisionary IAS officers, has been appreciated by the Telangana government for successfully achieving the goal of providing drinking water to the people at a low cost. A group of Provisionary IAS officers visited the Mission Bhagiratha Sampouse in Komatibanda Mandal, Gajwel district on Tuesday, which has been associated with the 2022 batch of Provisionary IAS officers.

    The Mission Bhagiratha plant was explained in detail to the IAS officers, including the planning, design, water collection, purification, and distribution system, by S.E. Srinivasachari, EE Rajayya, IAS officials. After gaining complete knowledge about the project, Provisionary IAS officers Sharadashukla, Kiranmayi Koppishetti, Vikas Mehta, Umashankar Prasad, Mayonk Singh praised the Bhagiratha project as remarkable. They also congratulated the Telangana government for implementing such a groundbreaking project for the first time in the country.

    The Mission Bhagiratha project is aimed at providing safe drinking water to every household in Telangana. It involves supplying piped drinking water to villages and ensuring its quality.
