On Monday, Husnabad MLA Voditala Sathish Kumar opened a primary school in Errabelli village, which was developed under the Mana Ooru Mana Badi programme. The school cost Rs 16.52 lakh and was built to improve infrastructure in schools. The programme aims to create a more corporate school environment in government schools. Additionally, the government has introduced English medium instruction in these schools to strengthen education.

The Mana Ooru Mana Badi programme has also led to the construction of kitchen sheds, toilets, compound walls, additional classrooms, and dining halls while repairing and painting existing buildings. Gurukul schools have also been set up to provide free accommodation and education for students. The government spends Rs 1,25,000 on each student.
