Ahead of the upcoming polls in Telangana on May 13, the BJP led by Modi, Shah, and Nadda is gearing up for their election campaign. The party is focused on winning 12 Lok Sabha seats in the state.
The Telangana BJP has been actively campaigning with door-to-door meetings and small gatherings at the grassroots level. They are prioritizing micro-level electioneering, including padayatras and community meetings, to connect with voters.
The party believes that the ruling Congress and BRS are struggling to make a strong impact, giving BJP an opportunity to capitalize on the pro-BJP sentiment. Senior leaders like Nadda, Shah, and Chief Ministers from BJP-ruled states will be participating in public meetings and roadshows.
Nadda will kickstart the campaign with a public meeting in Kothagudem and Mahabubabad, followed by a roadshow in Malkajgiri. The party is focusing on Malkajgiri constituency despite tough competition from Congress.
Amit Shah will participate in a roadshow in Gowlipura to support party candidate K Madhavilatha. Modi will address a public meeting in Sangareddy district to boost the campaign for Lok Sabha candidates in Chevella and Medak.
The party is also holding review meetings to address internal issues and ensure a smooth campaign. With a strong lineup of leaders and strategic planning, the BJP is aiming for a successful electoral run in Telangana.
