Hyderabad: The Thalassemia Sickle Cell Society (TSCS) recently acknowledged the efforts of MS Education Academy during a ceremony in Hyderabad. They honored the academy for its significant role in educating and empowering children battling Thalassemia. Mohammed Lateef Khan, the academy’s Founder and Chairman, along with Managing Directors Anwar Ahmed and Dr. Moazzam Hussain, received recognition for their ongoing support.
Understanding the financial struggles of families with Thalassemia-affected children, MS Education Academy offers free admission to these students at its institutions, including MS Creative School, MS Junior College, and MS Degree College. This initiative has provided quality education to hundreds without any financial strain. Additionally, the academy frequently organizes blood donation camps to aid Thalassemia patients, encouraging voluntary blood donations from its staff and faculty.
In recognition of these efforts, TSCS presented the leadership of MS Education Academy with special mementos. The event included notable attendees such as Chandrakant Agarwal (President, TSCS India), Ratnavali Kotapalli (Vice President), Dr. Suman Jain (Secretary & CEO), M A Aleem Baig (Joint Secretary), Mohammad Ameen (Executive Member), and social media influencer Abu Aimal.
A special citation was also awarded, highlighting the academy’s contributions: “TSCS appreciates your unwavering support and generous contribution towards the education and empowerment of students affected by Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Anaemia.” Families of Thalassemia-affected students attended the event, expressing gratitude towards MS Education Academy for offering their children dignified educational opportunities—a gesture they find truly commendable.
