    Nagarkurnool: Dali CC Wins QHIZAR YAFAI Gold Cup Cricket Tournament 2025

    The QHIZAR YAFAI Gold Cup 2025 cricket tournament was held in Zaheerabad from January 5th to January 14th. After an intense competition, the Dali CC team from Nagarkurnool emerged as champions.

    In the final match, which was a 20-over game, Dali CC batted first and set a target of 167 runs. The opposing team, National Khaleem 11, fought hard but fell short, getting bowled out for 163 runs. The match came down to the last over, with National Khaleem 11 needing 6 runs to win. The over began with a dot ball, followed by a single on the second delivery. On the third ball, the batsman was run out, sealing a thrilling victory for Dali CC.

    Dali CC’s outstanding performance earned them the winner’s trophy and a cash prize of ₹6,11,111. The awards were presented by Ramachandra Yadav, state president of the Bharat Chaitanya Yuva Jana Party, who attended the event as the chief guest.

    The Dali CC team had strong backing from their sponsors, Kottapalli Subhash, Shiva, and Sabir. The team was captained by Harish Reddy, while Sultan Ansari led the National Khaleem 11. Key contributions to Dali CC’s victory included Dinesh Patel, who scored 75 runs, and Abhishek Pathak, who took 4 crucial wickets.

    The tournament was a memorable event, bringing excitement and joy to cricket fans in the region.
