Kshiv Chakave, a young chess prodigy from Narayana Schools, has achieved a remarkable feat by securing the World No. 10 ranking and India No. 3 position in the Under-6 chess category. The exceptional achievement came after his outstanding performance at the prestigious LBHM All India Open FIDE Rated Chess Tournament, a national-level event recognised by FIDE (Fédération Internationale des Échecs) and the All India Chess Federation (AICF).

At the tournament, which witnessed participation from over 200 students across the country, Kshiv demonstrated exceptional talent and strategic brilliance. He secured the 3rd Rank Trophy in the Under-6 category, showcasing his analytical ability and consistent performance against competitors from various states. The young chess player’s performance has brought national and international recognition to his institution.

Kshiv achieved a FIDE rating of 1560, a remarkable accomplishment for his age group. This rating has positioned him among the Top 10 players in the world in the Under-6 category. Additionally, he has become the No. 1 ranked player in Maharashtra in his age group, further cementing his credentials as one of India’s most promising young chess talents.

Narayana Schools extended additional academic support to help Kshiv balance his studies along with his competitive preparation and tournament commitments.
