This was a key focus during the Hyderabad Real Estate Summit 2025, which took place on January 28. Industry experts and government officials came together to discuss the city’s rapid development and how it is influencing the real estate sector.

Several major projects were highlighted at the summit, including the Regional Ring Road (RRR), the Musi Riverfront Development, the expansion of the metro rail network, and the ambitious Fourth City initiative. These initiatives aim to improve connectivity, promote sustainable urban growth, and enhance the overall quality of life in Hyderabad.
