The Lions Club in Karimnagar celebrated the installation of new leaders for its branches: Balajinagar, Sreenidhi, and Akshara. The event took place at the old DIG Building in Jyothinagar on Sunday.
A Ravinder Reddy became the president of Balajinagar Club, K Srinivas took charge of Akshara Club, and G Kumar Reddy led Sreenidhi Club. A Shiva Prasad, a former District Governor, conducted the ceremony.
Hanmandla Rajireddy, the Multiple Council Chairperson, was the chief guest. He highlighted various community service activities, including providing stationery kits, lunch plates, glasses, and water bottles to 500 children at brick kiln site schools. They also organized food donation programs for the needy, offered medical help, and ensured daily meals and breakfast for 250 people at the local Mother and Child Care Government Hospital.
The event saw attendance from prominent figures like District Cabinet Secretary Singireddy Vasudeva Reddy, Dr MLN Reddy, M Ramana Reddy, Santhosh Reddy, Ravinder Reddy, Sampathi Kumari, B Malla Reddy, Seetharam Reddy, and Ravikanti Krishna Kishore, alongside club members.
