NGO in Hyderabad Donates Clothes to Elderly and Disabled, Bringing Smiles and Warmth

In Hyderabad, the Shresta Foundation, an NGO that helps the community through philanthropic initiatives, gave out dress material to elderly women and disabled individuals. The event took place at the Government Home for Aged and Disabled Women in Moosarambagh, bringing joy to the residents. The CEO of the foundation, Kankanala Eprahim, mentioned that 60 sarees and 40 other dresses were distributed thanks to a generous donation from Pavani. Volunteers Rama, Parijatha, and Sara also attended the event.

In addition to the dress distribution, the foundation provided a delicious lunch with chicken biryani, paneer biryani, and sweet dishes. This gathering created a family-like atmosphere for the residents, many of whom had been abandoned by their real families. The elderly women expressed their happiness during the event, sharing their gratitude with the donors and foundation staff.
