    In Mulugu, the Additional Collector of local bodies, P. Sreeja, has ordered officials to prepare for the Intermediate advance supplementary examinations scheduled from May 24 to 31.

    A meeting was held on Monday with officials from various departments to discuss the Intermediate Public Advance Supplementary Examinations. During the meeting, the Additional Collector emphasized the need for proper arrangements to be made for the upcoming exams. This includes ensuring uninterrupted power supply, providing drinking water, and preparing medical kits for the students.

    TSRTC officials have been instructed to make necessary arrangements for transportation so that students can reach the exam centers on time. It was also emphasized that examination centers must be kept clean for the students.

    In Mulugu district, a total of 782 first-year Inter students and 255 second-year Inter students will be taking the supplementary exams. To facilitate the exams, eight examination centers have been set up in the district, with a chief superintendent and a departmental officer appointed for each center.

    Additionally, a flying squad team consisting of three members and a sitting squad team with two members have been formed to prevent malpractice during the exams. Section 144 will also be implemented near the examination centers to ensure a smooth conduct of the exams. The meeting was attended by District Health Officer Alem Appiah, Circle Inspector Mekala Ranjith, DPRO MD Rafiq, Postal Assistant MD Shahrukh Sohel, TS NPDCL AE Venkat Reddy, L Shankar, and others.
