The first step in the process is to create a base map and gather relevant details from different departments. After analyzing the data, officials will prepare study maps. A review meeting with all concerned departments will be held before the Master Plan is finalized and sent for government approval.

Once approved, the plan will be published, allowing the public to provide feedback, raise objections, and share suggestions before the final implementation.

Before the meeting, officials were given a detailed PowerPoint presentation. It covered departmental responsibilities, data collection methods, and key factors to be considered while preparing the Master Plan.

The meeting was attended by Additional Collector Narsing Rao, Gadwal Municipal Commissioner Dasharath, district officials from various departments, and other concerned officers.
