Today’s petrol and diesel prices remained unchanged across major cities in India. In Delhi, petrol is priced at Rs. 96.72 per litre and diesel is priced at Rs. 89.62 per litre. In Hyderabad, petrol costs Rs. 109.66 per litre and diesel costs Rs. 97.82 per litre. In Chennai, petrol is priced at Rs. 102.65 per litre and diesel is priced at Rs. 94.24 per litre.
In Mumbai, petrol costs Rs. 106.31 per litre while diesel costs Rs. 97.28 per litre. And in Bangalore, petrol is priced at Rs. 101.94 per litre while diesel remains at Rs. 87.89 per litre.
India depends on crude oil imports for its petrol and diesel supply, which means changes in crude prices can impact fuel prices. But there are other factors that can also affect domestic fuel prices, such as rising demand, government taxes, rupee-dollar depreciation, and refinery concept ratio.
These fuel prices are accurate as of 6 am today, but they are subject to change at any time as petroleum companies may adjust their prices based on crude oil prices.
