The Chairman of the State Legislative Council, Gutha Sukender Reddy, criticized the Congress and BJP for politicizing Telangana Formation Day celebrations. He praised Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao for leading the State’s remarkable progress, especially in agriculture. Reddy said that opposition parties failed to recognize the State’s development and instead made baseless allegations against the government for their own political gains. He added that people of Telangana have already decided which party will come to power after Assembly elections.

Reddy also mentioned inclusive welfare schemes implemented by the government, benefiting people from all sections of society. He highlighted improvements in education and medical facilities, as well as the highest salaries provided to state government employees in the country. The Telangana government regularized contract employees’ services, set an example for the entire nation, filled 1.5 lakh vacant jobs, and released notifications for an additional 50,000 jobs.
