Padayatra of Bhatti’s people reaches 100-day milestone

Congress leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka’s People’s March Padayatra has celebrated its 100-day milestone. The yatra began on March 16 in Adilabad district and has traveled over 1150 kilometers across 32 assembly constituencies in 15 districts. Bhatti Vikramarka fell ill on Tuesday while on padayatra in Kethepalli Mandal of Nakirekal Constituency, and the walk was postponed for two days. The yatra resumed on Friday from Ketepalli.

As the yatra reached its 100th day mark, Congress workers and supporters celebrated by cutting a cake. Bhatti’s march created excitement in the Congress ranks and brought unity among the leaders in the respective districts. The high command also took notice, with Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge and others participating in the yatra. Rahul Gandhi has inquired about the Bhatti Yatra, according to party sources.
