TPCC working president Mahesh Kumar Goud has dismissed the claims made by BRS working president KT Rama Rao. He stated that Rama Rao’s accusations against the State government are baseless and misleading. He urged him to stop making false allegations without any evidence.

In a media statement, Mahesh Kumar Goud explained that the caste census survey in Telangana was conducted fairly and transparently. He mentioned that the survey was scientifically assessed and documented by a team of more than one lakh personnel.

He further stated that the Congress government’s caste census has set an example for the entire country. According to him, KT Rama Rao is unable to accept the praise that the Congress government is receiving from different sections of society. He also pointed out that the previous BRS government did not release the data from the large-scale family survey conducted in 2014. Because of this, he believes that BRS leaders should not be commenting on issues related to the Backward Classes.
