Police Address Dispute Over Meat at Temple

Hyderabad:

Mild tension arose late Saturday night at Pochamma Basthi in Masab Tank after pieces of meat were found near a temple.

Local residents noticed the meat in the temple premises and immediately informed the temple committee members. The committee members then contacted the police for help.

The local police quickly arrived at the scene and secured the area. They reviewed the footage from nearby CCTV cameras to understand what happened.

The footage revealed that a group of stray dogs had carried the meat from another location and left it near the temple.

The police made the CCTV footage public and urged people not to believe or spread any rumors.
