Police Commemoration Day: DGP Anjani Kumar pays homage to police Martyrs

On Police Commemoration Day, DGP Anjani Kumar of Telangana state honored the sacrifices made by police personnel and paid tribute to them. He mentioned that ten CRPF Policemen lost their lives in 1959 at the Indo-China border. He also acknowledged the 189 policemen across the country who died while performing their duties.

DGP Anjani Kumar emphasized the challenges faced by Constables, Inspectors, and other policemen on the ground level and expressed his appreciation for their work.

To commemorate Police Martyrs Memorial Day, a flag day event was held at Gosamahal Stadium. DGP Anjani Kumar, Hyderabad CP Sandeep Shandilya, and other police officers attended the program. They paid tribute to the police martyrs and organized a parade as part of the event.
