BJP Leader Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy Campaigns in Khammam
BJP leader Dr. Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy visited Khammam district on Friday to campaign for the upcoming MLC elections. He is the BJP’s National Co-in-Charge for Tamil Nadu and Karnataka and a former MLC.
During his visit, he joined a padayatra (foot march) along with other party leaders. The march was held in support of Puli Sarotham Reddy, the BJP candidate for the Nalgonda-Warangal-Khammam MLC Teachers’ constituency.
Speaking at a gathering, Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy expressed confidence in the BJP’s victory. He assured teachers that the party would work towards a better future for them. He also spoke about the special voting rights given to teachers, emphasizing their important role in electing representatives to the Legislative Council.
He criticized the BRS party for weakening the influence of the Legislative Council. Additionally, he accused the Congress government of ignoring teachers’ welfare while implementing Government Order (GO) 317.
