Hyderabad: In light of the H-1B visa issues, Minister Ponnam Prabhakar has called on NRIs to invest in Telangana. He encouraged them to contribute their time, finances, and expertise to enhance the development of the state’s rural areas.

The Minister criticized the Central government’s failure in maintaining strong diplomatic ties with the United States. He pointed out that while Telangana seeks foreign investments, current American policies complicate opportunities for students.

He noted that the inability of the Ministry of External Affairs to influence foreign nations indicates a significant lapse on the part of the Indian government.

He stressed the importance of talent and technology exchange in Indo-US relations. The sudden fee increase creates uncertainty for young professionals and global companies.
