On September 17, 2024, a special flag hoisting ceremony took place at the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate. The event was led by Commissioner of Police Avinash Mohanty, IPS, in honor of Praja Palana Day. The national flag was raised during the event, which was marked by a solemn and patriotic atmosphere.
Several senior officers were present at the ceremony. These included Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic) D. Joel Davis, IPS, and Crimes DCP K. Narasimha. Also attending were SB DCP Sai Sri, W&CSW DCP Srujana Karnam, EOW DCP K. Prasad, and Cyber Crimes DCP Sribaladevi.
Other key officers, such as L&O DCP Madhapur Dr. G. Vineet Kumar, Medchal DCP Koti Reddy, Balangangar DCP K. Suresh Kumar, Shamshabad DCP B. Rajesh, and Rajendranagar DCP Ch. Srinivas, IPS, were also in attendance. In addition, ADCP (Admin) Ravichandan Reddy, CSW ADCP Srinivas Rao, HQRS ADCP Shameer, other ADCPs, ACPs, Inspectors, Reserve Inspectors, and section staff participated in the event.
The ceremony was a tribute to the dedication and service of the police force, highlighting their role in maintaining law and order in society.
