Yadagirigutta, Telangana – On Friday, special prayers took place at the famous Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple. Devotees and temple staff gathered to offer rituals for India’s success in its current military conflict with Pakistan.
The temple’s Executive Officer Venkatarao led the spiritual event, along with several priests and officials. These prayers were a symbol of support for the Indian Armed Forces, especially those involved in Operation Sindoor.
Before the start of the annual Sri Swamy’s Jayanti Utsav, the temple organized these sacred rituals. The prayers aimed to seek divine protection and strength for the soldiers fighting at the border.
At the nearby hilltop shrine of Sri Parvata Vardhini Sametha Ramalingeshwara Swamy, a powerful Chandi Havan (a fire ritual) was performed. This ceremony is believed to bring divine energy and victory in battles.
Temple priests explained that the rituals were dedicated to Lord Narasimha Swamy and Lord Shiva, asking for India’s triumph and peace to prevail.
These spiritual acts reflect the deep connection between faith and patriotism in the region, as communities come together to pray for the nation’s safety and strength.
