Transport Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar received a warm welcome from the people of Khammam city and RTC employees. He praised Chief Minister KCR for making the historic decision to merge TSRTC with the government in order to improve transportation for the poor in the state.

A large number of people affected by the Munneru floods, RTC employees, and BRS ranks greeted the minister at Munneru Bridge. This was following the allocation of Rs 150 crore for the construction of an RCC concrete wall along Munneru.

Ajay Kumar mentioned that CM KCR has brought hope to around 43,000 corporation employees. He also shared that Rs 180 crore has been sanctioned for the construction of a bridge over Munneru in Khammam. The CM immediately released Rs 150 crore after cabinet approval in response to Ajay Kumar’s request to help the poor affected by the floods. Ajay Kumar assured that the BRS government is committed to development and welfare, prioritizing the well-being of the people.
