The heavy rains in Telangana have caused major disruptions in the region. One of the major incidents was the breaking of a dam in Ayodhya village, which led to emergency responses across the area.

The floodwaters have caused streams and bends to overflow, leading to the suspension of train services along the Vijayawada-Kazipet route. The railway track between Intikanne and Kesamudram has been heavily damaged. The floodwaters washed away the gravel from both the upper and lower rail lines.

In Mahabubabad, heavy floodwater is flowing across the railway tracks. This situation has forced authorities to stop several trains to ensure safety. The Machilipatnam and Simhapuri Express trains have been halted at Mahabubabad railway station.

Furthermore, the Mahabubnagar-Visakha Express was delayed by four hours after being stopped at Pandullapally due to flooding at Thallapusalapalli. Railway officials are currently assessing the situation and working to restore services as soon as possible.
