A woman in Hyderabad reportedly killed a man who broke into her house and tried to rape her. The incident happened in the early morning on Friday in the Budvel area of Rajendranagar. The man, identified as Srinivas, entered the woman’s house and attempted to assault her. The woman, named Jayamma, fought back and ran out of the house. Srinivas followed her, but Jayamma grabbed an iron rod and hit him on the head. He died from his injuries.
Jayamma and her husband turned themselves in to the police. The Rajendranagar police are investigating the case and Srinivas’ body was taken to Osmania General Hospital for an autopsy.
