The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) chief and Congress MP A Revanth Reddy recently made some serious allegations against the State government. According to him, around 2000 students lost their lives due to the negligence of the government. Additionally, he claimed that the TSPSC (Telangana State Public Service Commission) had become a hub for “thieves and looters”.

After submitting a representation to the officials of the ED (Enforcement Directorate) in connection with the TSPSC question paper leak case, Reddy spoke to the media. He stated that the State government was facing legal cases in the High Court in the paper leak case. Reddy went on to say that it was not wrong to even hang the bigwigs of the State government at the Telangana martyrs memorial for causing the paper leak.

Reddy further alleged that ruling party leaders were filing false cases against them whenever they raised their voice on public problems. He accused the State government of making low-level employees of the commission as scapegoats in order to protect the bigwigs in the case. He also claimed that crores of rupees were involved in transactions related to the paper leak case.

Reddy and his team urged the ED officials to interrogate all concerned persons in the scam. He also accused minister KTR of controlling the ongoing investigation of SIT (Special Investigation Team) in the case. Reddy demanded that the SIT look into KTR’s role in the case.

Overall, Reddy’s allegations are quite serious and may have far-reaching consequences if proven true. It remains to be seen how the State government and other authorities respond to these allegations.
