Ritwik Kumar Das, a winger for Jamshedpur FC and the Indian national team, has become one of the best wingers in the Indian Super League (ISL) over the past few seasons. In his first season with Jamshedpur FC, he scored four goals and provided one assist in 17 appearances, helping the club win their first-ever League Winners’ Shield. His impressive performances have earned him a call-up to the Indian national team, where he made his debut in March 2023 against Myanmar.

In an interview with Jamshedpur FC, Das revealed that watching Ronaldinho play during the 2006 FIFA World Cup made him fall in love with football. He grew up in Asansol and started playing football at a young age, eventually joining the Mohun Bagan Academy in Kolkata after playing for local teams. Despite having to travel five hours every day from his hometown to Kolkata for training sessions, Das persisted in pursuing football as a career. He started his professional journey in Kolkata before being scouted by Real Kashmir FC.
