GHMC commissioner Ronald Rose is asking officials from Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TGSPDCL) to be more available to consumers and address their concerns quickly to ensure quality power supply.
During his first meeting with TGSPDCL chairman and managing director Musharaf Farooqui and other top officials at the head office in the city, Ronald Rose emphasized the importance of providing uninterrupted power supply. He instructed officials and staff to respond promptly to any disruptions and restore power supply as soon as possible.
Chief engineers and superintending engineers have been directed to visit the field regularly, meet with local public representatives and consumers, and address complaints and suggestions immediately. All employees are reminded to treat customers with respect.
Overall, Ronald Rose is urging TGSPDCL officials to work hard, be responsive to consumers, and ensure quality power supply.
