South Central Railway (SCR) recently conducted a review meeting to discuss the safety of train operations. The main focus of the meeting was to ensure the safe running of trains. Arun Kumar Jain, the General Manager of SCR, was instructed to regularly carry out safety drives and surprise inspections to prevent any unsafe incidents. It was also emphasized that regular counseling sessions should be conducted for staff members involved in train operations.
In addition to discussing train safety, senior officers and the general manager also held a detailed review meeting on track renewals and newly commissioned sections. This was done to ensure that ongoing works related to these areas are progressing smoothly.
