YSRCP chief and Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will begin a bus yatra named ‘Memu anta siddham bus yatra’ on March 27 from Proddatur. The tour aims to prepare the party cadre and followers for the upcoming Assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Andhra Pradesh. Each day of the yatra will include interactions with the public and large public meetings in the evening.
The bus yatra will start from Proddutur on March 7 and continue to Idupulapaya, where YS Jagan will pay respects at YSR ghat before proceeding to north Andhra. During these interactions, the Chief Minister will seek advice and suggestions from the people, making it an extension of his successful padayatra that helped defeat the TDP.
The YSRCP leader highlighted the success of the four Siddham meetings in showcasing the people’s affection towards YS Jagan. He mentioned that the bus yatra, starting on March 27 and potentially ending on April 18, will cover constituencies not visited during the Siddham meetings.
After the Election Commission of India issues the notification, the Chief Minister will continue with his regular election campaign. The tentative schedule for the bus yatra includes visits to various cities across Andhra Pradesh from March to April. Dates and locations for the yatra are subject to change.
