The establishment received an overall hygiene rating of 84 out of 92 marks, translating to an impressive 92 percent compliance with food safety standards.

During the inspection, officials observed several commendable practices at the restaurant. Food handlers were found wearing proper protective gear including hairnets, gloves, and aprons. However, inspectors identified two areas requiring immediate attention. Flies were noticed near food items because lids were not properly closed during the inspection period. The team also found that the ghee sourced by the restaurant lacked proper labelling with necessary details about the product origin and specifications.

Following the inspection, the CMC Food Safety teams issued specific instructions to the restaurant management. The establishment was directed to ensure that all food items remain covered at all times to prevent contamination and pest exposure. Additionally, the management was instructed to procure and maintain only properly labelled food products, particularly for items like ghee and other cooking ingredients.
