Hyderabad – To handle the heavy travel demand during the summer season, the Indian Railways has announced weekly special trains connecting Visakhapatnam and Charlapalli.
Starting June 6, Train No. 08579 will leave Visakhapatnam every Thursday at 6:20 PM and reach Charlapalli by 8:00 AM the next day. The service will continue until July 25.
The return journey, Train No. 08580, will depart Charlapalli every Friday at 10:00 AM and arrive in Visakhapatnam at 11:00 PM. This train will operate from June 7 to July 26.
These trains are designed to ease travel for passengers during the busy summer holidays. Both trains will stop at key stations, including:

– Anakapalli
– Yelamanchili
– Tuni
– Annavaram
– Samalkot
– Rajahmundry
– Nidadavolu
– Tadepalligudem
– Eluru
– Vijayawada
– Guntur
– Sattenapalli
– Piduguralla
– Nadikude
– Miryalaguda
– Nalgonda
Passengers can choose from various coach classes, including 2AC, 3AC, Sleeper, and General Second Class. These options aim to suit different travel needs and budgets.
With this move, the South Central Railway (SCR) hopes to provide a smoother travel experience and reduce congestion during peak travel times.
