The Technical Education department in Hyderabad announced that there were technical problems while assigning seats for the Biotechnology course during the TS EAMCET-2023 first phase counseling. Due to these issues, all the seats for the Biotechnology course at JNTU-Hyderabad and CBIT Hyderabad were given to MPC stream candidates in the TS EAMCET 2023 first phase counseling.
The officials mentioned that they will consider the number of candidates who have joined and ensure that the total seats reserved (33 in JNTU-H and 23 in CBIT) for BiPC stream candidates will remain untouched. These seats will be included in the BiPC stream admission counseling, as stated by a senior officer from JNTU-H.
