The State government of Hyderabad has announced the “Sri Dasarathi Krishnamacharya Award” for the year 2023. The award will be given to Ayachitam Nateshwara Sharma, an eminent Writer, Sanskritandhra Poet, and Shatavadhani. Sharma hails from Kamareddy district.
The government has issued orders for this award based on the decision of a Committee. Sharma will receive a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh 1,116, along with a Shawl and a memento. The award ceremony will take place on July 22 at Rabindra Bharati in Hyderabad, during the Shri Krishnamacharya Jayanti Utsavam. Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has congratulated Ayachitam Nateswara Sharma for winning the award.
