Senior Congress Leader Injured During Gaddar’s Final Rites

Senior Congress leader and former MLA A Sampath Kumar was injured at a rally held for the last rites of folk singer Balladeer Gaddar in the city. During the event, Sampath Kumar fell on the ground and hurt his hand. There were a lot of people in attendance, causing a crowd surge and making it difficult for people to move forward in the rally. In the chaos, Sampath fell and injured his right hand. He received immediate medical treatment and is currently recovering well, according to party leaders.
