Two restaurants in Rajendranagar, The Fort and Delish by Homes Kitchen, were recently inspected by food safety officers.

At The Fort, inspectors found several hygiene issues. There were cockroaches in the kitchen, dirty refrigerators, and boiled vegetables without proper labels. The kitchen also had greasy exhaust fans, unclean utensils, and a wet floor with poor drainage. Additionally, the restaurant had no records of pest control, and food waste was not being removed regularly.

Delish by Homes Kitchen had similar problems. The inspectors found raw materials without labels and food waste that had not been cleaned on time. The exhaust fans were greasy, and the workers did not have health certificates. Like The Fort, this restaurant also had no pest control records.
