The sixth Gujarat Handicrafts Utsav will be held at Shilparamam, Madhapur from September 29 to October 8. It is organized by Indext-C, a government organization in Gujarat, to support artisans by giving them a platform to showcase and sell their handloom and handicraft creations. Over 80 master craftsmen from Gujarat will participate in the event, displaying various crafts like patola weaving, tangaliya weaving, shawl weaving, Kutchi-embroidery, and more. Visitors can also watch live demonstrations. There will be cultural programs such as kiachchi ghodi and puppet shows, as well as traditional Gujarati Ras-Garba dances during the 10-day exhibition.
