Shiv Sena announces readiness to participate in Telangana elections

The Shiv Sena Party (Eknath Shinde Group) has announced that they will be contesting in all 119 Assembly constituencies in Telangana. They will be giving tickets to the families of Telangana martyrs and 33% of the tickets will be given to women. They will also be giving tickets to student leaders, unemployed individuals, and allotting seats to SC, STs, and BCs as per their population. Seats will also be given to journalists.

The Shiv Sena Party Telangana State president said that they will be fighting for solving the problems of farmers and unemployment, students, women and employees. He also promised to fight for justice for the families of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the achievement of Telangana state. The party will form district committees and other affiliate units including students, youth, women and trade unions.

The weaker sections, Dalits, families of martyrs and unemployed are called upon to join Shiv Sena. If Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao contests in Gajwel, they will field a farmer from their party. They also promised to give a ticket to a Padmashali community member from their party on the seat contested by KT Rama Rao.
