    Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has praised Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) for starting coal mining operations outside the state for the first time in its 130-year history. He called this a historic and impressive achievement for the company.

    SCCL has begun mining coal in the Naini coal block, which is located in the Angul district of Odisha. The company received all the necessary permissions before starting operations. The Chief Minister said that SCCL, which has long supported Telangana with its mining work, is now creating new opportunities for future generations by expanding its operations.

    Mr. Reddy said this is a proud moment for Telangana. He congratulated SCCL and said this step marks an important milestone in the state’s industrial growth.
