Sloth bear rescued in Telangana and released into the forest.

A sloth bear was found hiding in a house in Suryapet, Telangana. The forest department rescued the bear, which was a male and about 10 years old. They then took it to Nehru Zoological Park in Hyderabad to make sure it was healthy. After the zoo’s veterinary doctors gave the bear a clean bill of health, it was released into the wild at Amrabad Tiger Reserve in Nagarkurnool district on Monday.
