    South African officials meet with Chief Minister at MCR HRD

    A group of 29 South African officers and professionals are currently undergoing an international training programme on journalism and public relations at Dr Marri Chenna Reddy Institute of Human Resource Development (MCR HRD) in Hyderabad. They met with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy on Monday.

    During their meeting with the Chief Minister, the South African professionals shared their experiences in the training programme. The programme started on February 26 and will end on March 9. It aims to teach participants about new trends in journalism, how to handle social media challenges, and provide a platform for sharing experiences.

    The Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India is sponsoring the programme under the ‘Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation’ (ITEC) Division. The Chief Minister commended the professionals for participating in the training in Hyderabad. He was also welcomed by the Director General of the organization & Special Chief Secretary Dr. Shashank Goel.

    Course director Dr. Ravulapati Madhavi, senior officials of the organization, and other training staff were also present at the event.
