Nagarkurnool: The Superintendent of Police (SP) extended Vinayaka Chavithi greetings to the people of Nagarkurnool district.
SP Vaibhav Raghunath Gaikwad prayed for the well-being, happiness, and removal of obstacles in the lives of the citizens. He wished for peace and prosperity for everyone during this festive occasion.
To celebrate Vinayaka Chavithi, the police staff installed a Ganesh idol at the police station in Nagarkurnool’s district headquarters. A priest performed a traditional puja after the installation. SP Gaikwad, who was the chief guest, personally participated in the Ganesh puja with devotion.
Other senior police officers, including Additional SP CH Rameshwar, DSP Burri Srinivas, CI Kanakayya, RI Jagan, RSI Kalyan, and SI Govardhan, also took part in the ceremony. Following the rituals, SP Gaikwad received the “teertha prasadam” (blessed offerings) and enjoyed “Undralla Payasam” as prasadam.
After the event, SP Gaikwad conveyed his heartfelt Vinayaka Chavithi wishes to everyone in the district, hoping for a peaceful and obstacle-free life for all.
