Hyderabad District Election Officer and GHMC Commissioner Ronald Rose has announced that a special campaign will be held on September 02 and 03 for the second special summary revision of the voter list. This campaign is aimed at those who have turned 18 years old or will turn 18 by October 01, 2023, and are not currently registered to vote.

To ensure that everyone is aware of their voter registration status, a draft voter list will be released on August 21. Voters can check if their name is in the list at their nearest polling booth. If there are any errors or if their name is not included, they can resolve the issue during the special campaign.

During the campaign, voters can fill out Form-6 for new voter registration and Form-8 for any changes to their voter information. Booth level officers will be available at polling booths from 10:30 am to 5 pm on September 02 and 03 (Saturday and Sunday) to assist with the registration process.

Alternatively, voters can also register online at https://voters.eci.gov.in or by downloading the voter helpline mobile app. They can use Form-6 to register as a new voter and Form-8 to make corrections to the voter list. Booth level officers should attend the special campaign at their respective polling stations and have the necessary forms ready. If a booth level officer does not attend, the Constituency EROs have been instructed to take appropriate action.
