Jaagruthi Degree and PG College in Bhongir has been working tirelessly since its establishment to become a well-known center for education. Our goals are simple yet ambitious – to provide the best education possible to as many students as we can. We strive to nurture our students by offering professional, competitive, and industry-relevant education, along with study tours to add value to their learning. We make sure our students are prepared to face future challenges and meet specific requirements.
Starting with just 120 students, we now have an intake of 450 students, totaling 1350 students at the undergraduate (BSc and BCom) and postgraduate (MSc and MCom) levels. Our students have shown remarkable progress, with many appearing in the merit list and winning gold medals from Mahatma Gandhi University, thanks to their hard work, guidance from lecturers, and support from the college management.
We encourage industry interaction by organizing guest lectures, field/industrial visits, and departmental associations for students. Our faculty members are actively involved in university bodies and board of studies in various departments. Each department is equipped with fully functional laboratories, and our library is stocked with books, international journals, e-journals, and national journals to support students’ knowledge needs. We also offer scholarships for higher education and doctoral degrees to deserving students upon graduation.
In addition to academic endeavors, we organize blood donation camps with the Red Cross Society on campus and have separate National Service Scheme units for boys and girls. The NSS program allows students to serve rural communities while addressing social and ethical issues, enriching their overall educational experience.
