Strict action for drunken driving: SP warns motorists in Sircilla

Five people caught driving under the influence of alcohol in Vemulawada town have been sentenced to one day in jail and fined Rs 1000 each. The police are cracking down on drunk driving in order to prevent accidents and protect families from tragedy. They have been conducting regular checks to catch offenders and anyone caught driving drunk will face imprisonment and fines. In addition, repeat offenders may have their driving licenses revoked.
