In Nagarkurnool, an important program about drug use and abuse was held at the Government Science Degree College. This event was part of the “Nasha Mukt Bharat” campaign, which aims to create a drug-free India.
The program’s main goal was to educate students about the dangers and consequences of using drugs. Several key speakers addressed the students. Among them were Rajeshwari from the Women and Child Welfare Department, Gautami, a community educator, Sunitha, the Sakhi Coordinator, and Shweta, the Women Hub Coordinator. They shared important information and guidance, stressing the importance of avoiding drugs.
During the event, students also took a pledge to remain drug-free. The college faculty actively participated in the program and supported the initiative. They encouraged students to spread awareness about the dangers of drugs in their communities.
