The Andhra Pradesh High Court rejected Sunita Reddy’s request to overturn the Kadapa court’s ruling that banned discussing the Vivekananda Reddy murder case during the election campaign.

The High Court told the Kadapa court to handle the case independently, and the Kadapa Court followed the High Court’s instructions for the investigation.

In the court hearings, both YS Sharmila and Sunita Reddy presented their arguments. In the end, the petition was rejected, and Sharmila and Sunita were fined Rs. 10,000 by the Kadapa court.
