The Uttar Pradesh government will make “The Kerala Story” movie tax-free in the state. The chief minister, Yogi Adityanath, will watch the movie with his cabinet members at Lok Bhawan. The movie shows how daughters who fall victim to the love jihad trap have their lives destroyed. The BJP party supports the movie, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi mentioned it at a campaign event in Karnataka.

Recently, Raghvendra Mishra, the UP BJP secretary, showed the movie to 100 female students in Lucknow. After Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh is now the second state to declare this controversial movie tax-free. However, West Bengal banned the movie on Monday to prevent any acts of hatred and violence.
