Karimnagar: Teachers’ MLC candidate Mamidi Sudhakar Reddy has promised to fight for teachers’ rights if he wins the election. He said he would start a protest (deeksha) immediately after winning and continue until their issues are resolved.

After filing his nomination on Thursday, he took an oath to address employees’ concerns. He pledged to work towards abolishing the CPS system and, if needed, to protest against GO 317.
