A sub-committee of the Cabinet on GO 317 in Hyderabad directed GAD officials to send applications to department heads. The meeting was chaired by Health Minister Telangana Damodar Rajanarsimha, with Ministers D Sridhar Babu and Ponnam Prabhakar also in attendance.
During the meeting, the sub-committee made key decisions regarding applications from spouses, medical, mutual, wives, and husbands of central government employees. The GAD officials were instructed to forward these applications to the respective department heads. After sending out the remaining applications for examination, the committee decided to review them and bring them back to the attention of the Cabinet sub-committee. State government secretary Raghunandan Rao, Sivashankar (retired IAS), and GAD officials were also present at the meeting.
