The Telangana Education Department has announced a major change to the Class 10 examination pattern. From now on, students will face a 100-mark question paper instead of the current 80-mark paper.

Until now, the evaluation system included 80 marks for the written exam and 20 marks for internal assessments. However, the internal marks system has been removed, and students will now be graded entirely based on their performance in the written exams.

This change is intended to simplify the evaluation process and create a consistent assessment system across schools. The revised pattern is planned to take effect starting from the next academic year.
